Data Processing, Tracking and System Usage Notice

Peloran provides sales intelligence, behavioral analytics, marketing automation, attribution, and AI-powered analysis tools for Shopify merchants.

To provide analytics, personalization, automation, benchmarking, segmentation, churn/intent analysis, behavioral scoring, and related functionality, the platform may process certain event, session, behavioral, and technical signals.

Personal Data Minimization

Peloran’s core architecture is designed around a data minimization approach.

Within the platform’s core product flows, Peloran is designed not to permanently store direct customer personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or payment card information as persistent customer profiles.

However, the merchant acknowledges that:

• certain features may require temporary or operational processing of customer-related signals retrieved from Shopify or connected services,
• technical logs, security systems, abuse-prevention systems, diagnostics, and third-party infrastructure providers may process limited data,
• absolute anonymity or zero-risk processing cannot be technically guaranteed,
• privacy and data protection laws may vary across jurisdictions.

Tracking and Analytics Systems

The merchant acknowledges that Peloran may use:

• event tracking,
• session analytics,
• behavioral analytics,
• marketing attribution,
• conversion tracking,
• AI scoring,
• segmentation,
• campaign evaluation,
• fraud/risk detection,
• smart content personalization,
• marketing automation systems,
• browser/device-level technical signals,
• cookies, local storage, and similar technologies,
• web push and messaging infrastructure.

Merchant Responsibilities

The merchant is solely responsible for:

• providing appropriate privacy and cookie notices to end users,
• implementing consent mechanisms where required,
• evaluating compliance with GDPR, KVKK, ePrivacy, CCPA, and other applicable laws,
• using marketing and messaging features lawfully within their jurisdiction,
• consulting their own legal advisors where necessary.

Peloran does not assume the merchant’s direct legal obligations toward end users.

Security and Limitation of Liability

Peloran implements commercially reasonable security measures; however, no system can guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete anonymity, or 100% security.

AI-generated insights, scores, and recommendations are provided for informational and operational assistance purposes only.

Merchant Acknowledgement

By checking this box, the merchant acknowledges and agrees that they:

• have read and understood this notice,
• understand that Peloran uses tracking, analytics, attribution, and AI-powered systems,
• remain responsible for their own legal and compliance obligations,
• will provide required notices and consents to end users where necessary,
• have reviewed and accepted Peloran’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
